Caravels – Lacuna

I’m super excited to reveal my cover for Lacuna, the new album from Las Vegas band Caravels. After handling the artwork for their split with Gifts From Enola last year, I was thrilled when they asked me to work on their new full-length. To be released in March, on Gatefold-vinyl and CD. You can pre-order it now from Topshelf Records, and listen to the song Hanging Off, below.

Classic Electric Tattoo

Classic Electric is Frederick, Maryland’s finest tattoo and piercing shop. My friend John Rippey recently re-located to Frederick from Akron, and upon his arrival he quickly approached me about doing work for the shop. For their new logo, they wanted a lightbulb to be the main element, with an Omega around the outside of the bulb. I also thought the initials as the bulb’s filament would be a nice touch.

Cloudkicker – Hello

One of my first new projects for 2013 is the cover art for a new Cloudkicker digital-EP-single titled, simply, Hello. Ben knew he wanted a space theme for the art, which I thought worked great with the song. The song is available in digital format, and I created some additional imagery for a digital PDF booklet. I also screen-printed a limited-edition of 100 posters, which you can purchase (download included) on Bandcamp.

Bhi Bhiman Merch

I first met Bhi Bhiman when he was on tour with Josh Ritter last year. I recently had the opportunity to design some new merch for him, and here’s what we came up with. New shirts & button-packs should be available soon.

Josh Ritter – Ohio Posters

Josh Ritter is releasing a new record in March, and will doing plenty of touring in support. I’ll be screen-printing these posters, one for each of the shows in Ohio. The design is inspired by one of Josh’s new songs, Evil Eye. You can get one of the two color-ways at each of his shows in my home-state; in Cincinnati & Columbus. They’ll each be a numbered edition of only 75 prints, 3-colors, with metallic ink on thick black paper.
